The project concerns the design of a new office building bridging a span of a 37m long. The roof bridges a span of 40m. The structure is in general comprised of reinforced concrete while the first floor bridging a span of 37m long is designed with precast, post tensioned I shape beams and precast slabs supported onto bridges bearings. The roof is comprised of structural steel. The foundation of the structure is to be constructed with piles.
