ELPE- Office Building Marousi, Attica

The project concerns the assessment of the structural capacity and the design of the strengthening works for an existing reinforced concrete office building in the center of Athens. The building consists of two basements and seven upper floors. All upper floors consist of Zoellner slabs with no main beams connected to the columns or walls. Total plot of the building is 8.000sq.m.
